Helping people to become smokefree

The best thing you can do for the health of those who smoke is to advise them to become smokefree and provide them with support to help them quit. This web page provides you with information to support people to become smokefree.

Most medical centres have a General Practitioner (GP), nurse or other staff that can support people to become smokefree.  Contact your GP or Medical Centre and ask them how they can support you to quit.
